Background
For the better part of a decade I ran the safety and compliance function for a regional [biohazard and environmental remediation] contractor — biohazard remediation, encampment and public-space cleanup, and environmental work under public-sector contracts, with a field workforce of 150+ and the turnover that comes with it.
For most of that time I was the safety department: program authoring, training delivery, incident investigation, OSHA recordkeeping, agency correspondence, insurance and claims, and the on-site work that goes with all of it. When something didn't exist, I built it — including the software the operation ran on.

What I'm good at
- Building a safety program from nothing — documents, training, records, ownership
